I cannot log in, my password link says it is expired
Upon your account being created, you are immediately sent a login link for you to be able to set your account password. However, this link is only temporary. If you are unable to use the password link before it has expired (7 days), users can simply reset their own password by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link.

I have completed a module or course but it is not marked as complete
We ask that you try to refresh your page or try logging out of the Academy and logging back in again to see if the change has been saved.

I forgot my username, how can I retrieve it?
Upon enrollment, we make sure that your username is easy to remember for all the users. Your username is just simply your email address that was registered with us. If the Academy does not recognize your email address please also try the following format FirstName.LastName, as a few of our early adopters have usernames in this format. Should you still be unable to login, please follow the directions found in our Login and Password Reset article, as you will receive your username along with a password reset request.

I am unable to view a copy of my online certificate.
Certificates of completion are automatically issued to you once you have successfully completed a course.
